Thanksgiving'68 for the Company Clerk -
LT, as Commanding Officer of the 697th, approved my application to marry a
Thai National on 27 Nov 68 as he recently approved my promotion to SP/5!
During the month of December, under his Command as C.O., I also had my Command
Sponsorship approved in conjunction with my Tour Extension and Enlistment Extended
Agreement in order to meet all Command requirements! If it wasn't for LT,
this G.I. would have been dead ...
Thanks LT - thanks a million !!!
